Bradrie supported a deaf girl in her treatments and also provided hearing aid facilities, she was given a sewing machine so that she can earn money and support his family.

Around 70% of children out-of-school have never been to a school. We’re on a mission to change that. Here’s how.

Education

There was a time when the valley's girls literacy rate was 2% as the passage of time now the rate is raised to 98%. Girls and their family are very thankful to Ms Perveen Khurshid who gave local girls an environment to study. Building the school resulted in rising job vacancy for the local girls in form of teaching and health workers.

Community Empowerment

In year 2013 Brig Khurshid Ahmed departed for his eternal journey leaving behinde Bradrie Foundation a responsiability for his community ,to improve where you once lived. Bringing chanjah its surrounding villages closer to the cities and providing better transportation. Brig saab being the father figure of Bradrie Foundation took responsiability and was successfull in approval of govt fund for changing unpaved and rough road to the mettalic one, which reduced chanjah and its surrounding distance from capital Islamabad from three hours to one hour drive and to Havelian city from two hours to fifty min drive.

Healthcare Facilities

Bradrie Dispensary was established 19 years back in 2000 when there was a desperate need of medical assistance in Chanjah and nearby areas of the valley. People used to travel to Havalian or Abbotabad for major/minor medical assistances
